Framework: We used international standard aluminium and heavy casting technology to ensure the stable strucure of the machines. Transform is avoided.

Transducer clamping method

The leveling system of this machine is equipped with a 360° spherical inner ring, and the level adjustment scope is 20°, quick and reliable.

Quick change: transducers and welding tooliing can be changed quickly , which makes convenient and flexible production.

Standing column

Square steel of international standard is used to avoid back-tilt during the operation, and the back-tilt during the operation, and the back-tilt for 300kg strength is controlled within 0.02mm.

Movement

Straight guide rail is used, which has precision degree of 0.02mm.
