In Vietnam, Robusta roasted coffee used at coffee shops and made by phin (filter). But in some others, Robusta roasted coffee will be mixed with Arabica or Excelsa to reduce a little bit in taste and add acid of coffee else and remain uniquely flavor.

Temperature to roast Robusta is around 230 degrees celsius to produce aromatics, coloring (caramel goods) by itself
