With a natural caramel taste, this ‘Gold of the Incas’ is
dried and milled, preserving vital nutrients such as iron, zinc and calcium. A
delightful addition to a variety of recipes, our Lucuma powder is extracted
from the ripest fruits to preserve its antioxidant constituents.
Our Lucuma fruit is sourced from the high altitude forest
valleys of central Peru. Swollen fruits naturally fall to the ground and are
allowed to ripen naturally on the ground before being peeled, pitted, dried at
low temperatures and milled into a fine powder which perfectly maintains the
unique flavour of the fruit.
Selva Organic Lucuma Powder is certified organic, vegan and
gluten-free
This fruit powder is a great ingredient as a sugar replacement for ice creams and yogurts.

Selva Organic Foods Ltd is a supplier of highly nutritional superfoods and wholefoods.
We have been involved with the growing, sourcing, processing, packaging and marketing superfoods since 2013 and ultimately aim to offer any specification and quantity of Peruvian superfoods as well as other superfoods from around the world.
We run farming and processing operations out of Peru, where we are in the position of being the only UK superfoods supplier which is directly responsible for every step in the supply chain for certain products (i.e maca, chia and cacao).

Our goal is to supply affordable, high quality, superfoods directly from Peru to the worldwide market.
In order to achieve this goal Selva Organic has a 4-point plan:
· Continuing to secure further farming locations for maca, cacao, chia amongst other superfood crops throughout Peru as well as constantly searching for nutrient rich products from around the globe to add to our catalogue.
· Increasing our presence in the UK market in 2016, by partnering with strategic clients.
· To leverage our cost advantage as producers. We aim to make our products as affordable as possible for consumers without ever compromising on quality.
· To contribute a percentage of our profits to organizations which will have a positive impact on the farming communities with which we work.
