1. extruded nylon rod
Nylon 6 (White): This material has the most advantageous combination of properties, including mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping properties and wear resistance. These features, coupled with good electrical insulation and chemical resistance, making nylon 6 become a "universal class" materials for mechanical parts and maintenance of manufactured parts.
 
 
PA6 extruded nylon rod, white
Nylon 66 (cream): comparison with nylon 6, its mechanical strength, stiffness, heat and wear resistance, creep resistance is better, but the impact strength and mechanical damping performance, very suitable for automatic lathe machining.
Nylon 4.6 (reddish brown): Compared with ordinary nylon, nylon 4.6 is characterized by a strong rigid preservation, good creep resistance, heat resistance and aging in a wide temperature range. Thus, for nylon 4.6, nylon 6, nylon 66, POM and PET in stiffness, creep resistance, heat aging resistance, fatigue strength and wear resistance with regard mainly the "higher temperature area" (80-150 ℃).
