Cog thread, often known as Barbed Thread, is the latest model that BIJOU series presented 
as well as one of the best selling product. BIJOU Cog thread is absorbable monofilament 
surgical suture which has cogs and it is improved to stay longer in the tissue. Due to its 
strong supporting structure on insertion the cog lifts up the tissues and dermis, the lifting
effect is immediate and remarkable right after the thread insertion. BIJOU Cog thread has 
greater anchoring and tensile strength than the normal cut- thread. Our own technology 
prevents threads being cut under dermis during the insertion procedure. 

Cog Basic Thread contains high quality blunt needle that minimizes damaging derma and
blood stream, therefore, prevents blood loss, bruise and swelling after procedure of the 
thread injection. We have two different type of Cog Basic Thread; Blunt type Bi-Directional, and Blunt type Multi-Directional.

Cog Easy 4-0 Thread is barbed monofilament PDO thread. Is has outstanding anchoring 
strength and tensile property than normal cut thread. Such characteristics offer great face
