Configurations

1. First Unwinding: 
 
1) single-step unwinding, materials are fixed by shaftless pneumatic device.
2) core tube inner diameter: 3'
3) unwinding motor control acceleration and deceleration: (Siemens 5.5 KW motor).
4) EPC: (range ± 30 mm).
5) unwinding diameter: 800 mm
6) automatic tension control: adopt swing arm type buffer structure, the low friction cylinder, precision potentiometer, precision adjustable valve and unwinding motor. Controlled by Siemens PLC centralized operation, keep unwinding tension stability
 

2. Coating Unit (one set): 
 
1) with 5 rollers coating (metering roller, transfering steel roller, transfering rubber roller, coating steel roller and coating rubber roller)
2) metering roller: without driver, Φ 200 mm, transfering steel roller clearance can be adjusted.
3) transfering rubber roller: Φ 165 mm, controlled by independent servo motor drive (Japan Yaskawa)
4) transfering steel roller: Φ 200 mm, from the servo motor of rubber roller, through the best reduction, then to drive.
5) coating steel roller: Φ 200 mm, controlled by the independent variable frequency motor(Siemens 7.5 KW motor, 1set). The coating steel roller can be synchronous or asynchronous controlled. When adopt asynchronous control mode, the coating roller will run alone; When adopt synchronous control mode, the coating steel roller will run with the whole machine.
6) coating rubber roller: Φ 165 mm, 75 °~ 85 °; Cylinder 63 x50mm. Coating pressure 0 ~ 5 kg/cm2
7) heating elements, coating unit (heating pipe, heating box, pump).
8) stainless steel plate, rubber plate, 1 set.
9) coating unit roller bearings adopt imported high-precision bearings.
