Air conditioning compressor
The refrigerant inside air conditioning rotate in an order of compressor → condenser → receiver dryer → expansion valve → evaporator.
1. Compressor: This is activated by the engine and sends refrigerant formed in low pressure gas in evaporator to condenser by compressing with high pressure. There is an electric clutch installed to control compressor.
2. Condenser: It is installed in front of the radiator. Condenser turns refrigerant which is in high temperature and high pressure gas caused by car speed and cooling fan into high temperature and high pressure liquefied refrigerant.
3. Receiver-dryer: This absorbs water contained in the refrigerant and stores it for the better supply.
4. Expansion Valve: Expands refrigerant rapidly to make it low temperature and low pressure liquid.
5. Evaporator: During refrigerant in fog state turns into gas, cooling fan operates to take away heat in the air which goes through evaporation panel.

1. Hyundai Glovis Remanufacturing Automotive parts
Remanufacturing automotive parts are very much like assembling new parts except that many of the components are taken from used parts, especially the housing. In remanufacturing, the part must be completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components are replaced with new or rebuilt components. Electrical parts frequently need rewinding or rewiring. After all work is done, the part is reassembled and tested for compliance with performance specifications. As the sales agent of Hyundai Glovis in Korea, we’ve been distributing these remanufacturing automotive parts (((Air conditioner compressor, fuel filter cartridge, battery, High pressure pump, Caliper, Power steering gear, constant velocity jointer, injector, condenser, alternator, Starter motor, EGR valve, etc.) in the domestic market and exporting them into overseas market.
