The production of Bio Extract Service LLC begins by harvesting from local plants which are situated in different areas of the country. Only raw materials with the high quality without chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used for production.

In our production plant, we own an advanced equipment such as a high speed centrifugal spray dryer, a microwave vacuum dryer, a multi-function extractor which provides us a great opportunity to control whole manufacturing process and quality of product. It begins in our laboratory and continues through the full manufacturing process: preparation raw material, crushing, cleaning, extraction, concentration, separation, drying, finishing, packing and so on. Further chemical analyses ensure us that each of our lots should meet all the quality parameters required by our customers and should be best in quality.

From the beginning, Bio Extract Service LLC always works on and is still improving successfully its marketing and product commercialization department. Our specialists effectively managed to export our products, like to Europe, China and CIS countries. Our top priority is to contact and do commercial deals directly with our customers.
