♦ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

   PT INSERT SERIES:

• PT Insert is developed in accordance with Japanesse technology for the application of installing M&E systems without drilling in the concrete floors.
• PT Insert is classified into two categories including PTD using nails to install in wood formwork and PTK using self-adhesive pads suitable for plastic or steel formwork.
• PT insert series were made from steel tube, broached an inner thread at one end and coated to increase product's quality. The other end is flat and big in order to keep P insert tight in concrete.

·         Diameter (M) : 6mm -14mm

♦ APPLICATIONS:

• PT Insert series are designed for casting into concrete floors and creating fixing points for the attachment of mechanical and electrical systems (M&E System).
• PT Inserts replace drop-in anchors which are currently used in the market.

1. Identify the position of PTD in the form work

2. Attach PTD Insert to the formwork by plastic setting bolt and nail

3. Place concrete and wait for concrete erecting

4. Remove formwork and plastic setting bolt
