① Whitening stick
• Rub whitening stick up and down against tooth surface with some pressure
• Whitening stick needs a little moisture. Please moisten your teeth with saliva

② Put a cotton on the lip&cheek retractor
• Bend a cotton and put it the mounting area for cotton roll of the retractor
• You can easily fix the cotton roll using hook parts of the lip&cheek retractor

③ Put cottons on both cheeks
• Hold a cotton and push up it between maxillary molars and cheek

④ Put lip&cheek retractor
• Put lip&cheek retractor with cotton mounted

⑤ Wipe teeth with a cotton
• Remove moisture on teeth surface using a cotton to acclerate absorption of whitening gel
• Wipe from the central incisor to second premolar (fifth tooth)

⑥ Preparing whitening pen
• Adjust amount by pushing the button

⑦ Applying whitening gel
• Apply on teeth surface and between teeth for several times with small amount
• Then, apply more gel to teeth to be 1mm thickness

⑧ Mounting LED accelerator
• After applying whitening gel, mount LED device to the retractor
• Then, push the power button to turn on LED device

⑨ Finishing 1 cycle
• The LED device is turned off automatically after 5 minutes
• Detach LED device and wipe teeth surface with a cotton without rinsing mouth

⑩ Repeat 3 cycles a day
