PPE for heavy-duty welding, grinding and metal foundry works. Exclusive flame and heat resistant KERMEL® Weldstar Professional fabric also offers electric arc protection. Meets and exceeds the following norms: EN ISO 11612:2008 A1 B1 C1 E3 F1, EN ISO 11611:2007 Class 2-A1, EN 1149-3:2008, TR TS 019/2011. Maximum welder protection with a much lower fabric weight of just 380 g/m². High thermal insulation properties coupled with inherent flame protection by single layer of fabric due to innovative KERMEL® blend. Exceptionally dense fabric structure offers maximum protection against welding spatters, liquid iron and radiant heat: liquid metal spatters roll off without burning through the tissue, leaving fabric intact and undamaged. Great and exceptional resistance to wear when subject to high mechanical loads. Home and industrial laundering at 60°C. Successfully tested for hazardous toxins. Preserves colorfastness throughout the life of the garment due to KERMEL® solution dyeing technology. No hole formation after washing. This next-generation, revolutionary fabric technology offers moisture management and body temperature regulation, ultimate wear comfort, stylish look and a much longer service life than any other fabric available in the marketplace. Fabric and garment have been successfully tested in harsh-climate conditions of the Russian Arctic. Fluorocarbon finishing. Flame-resistant, original YKK zip fasteners.
