Anti-static coveralls is made of conductive fiber from Japan, there is several styles like 5MM strip, 5MM grid and 2.5MM grid. It's mainly used in the production of dust-proof clothing, anti-static clothing, anti-static mask, anti-static glove, anti-static shoe and shoe cover. The fabric is 1.5m wide, surface resistance 10^6Ω-10^9Ω, available for class 10-100 cleanroom. There are four types, 1)98% polyester and 2% conductive yarn; 2)anti-static TC fabric 63% polyester + 35% cotton + 2% conductive yarn; 3)antistatic TR fabric; 4)antistatic CVC fabric. Different type fabrics adapt to the requirements of different anti-static or cleanroom environment. Widely used in microelectronics, optical electronics, precision instruments, and aerospace which are more sensitive to static electricity and have higher requirements in clearnoom.

Anti-static clothing is a kind of protective clothes that are necessary not only in inflammable and explosive places but also in such industries as electronics,food precision instrument,petroleum and chemistry.This kind of cloth,blended by conductive carbon or metal fiber and cotton or polycotton fiber whether enbeded or blended,is a kind of anti-static cloth that are melt into the interior part of the fabric.Therefor,this product has permanent anti-static property,though washed over 100 times,its conductivity can still meet the requirments of Aclass goods according to GB 12014 Anti-static Work Clothing

Recommended cleaning process for ESD garments
The carbon filament nylon used in our garments is sensitive to heat, alkali, acids, softeners and bleach. In order to keep the ESD properties of the garments, please follow our recommended instructions:
*Wash in warm water, no more than 40 C(104 F) with liquid laundry detergent, i. e. liquid Tide, lemon liquid detergent, oxydol, and etc.
*In case of severe dirt or grease, stronger liquid detergents can be used if they do not contain any chlorine bleach.
*Do not bleach, do not use alkali, acid or fabric softeners. Do not dry clean.
*Usually no ironing will be needed, as a special additive is used during the finishing process of our woven fabrics. Nevertheless, the garments can be ironed at medium temperature.
