The Tien Chu (Hong Kong) Company Limited was founded by the famous industrialist - Mr. Woo Yun Chu in 1929. The factory was established in Tokwawan, Kowloon in 1937, it was one of Hong Kong's pioneers in seasoning and chemical industry. In 1981, the Shanghai Industrial Investment Company Limited (SIIC) was set up in Hong Kong, then Tien Chu became a subsidiary of SIIC's group. "Tien Chu" is the flagship brand of the Tien Chu (Hong Kong) Company Limited. It has made remarkable achievements over the past decades, commended as a label representative of Chinese national industries and one of the vanguards of Hong Kong's brands. The products range which include gourmet powder, MSG, chicken powder, beef powder, vegetable powder, mushroom powder, sauce, ...etc. are selling very well in 40 countries and cities.

Approaching to a century, Tien Chu Ve-Tsin has won "Gold Prize" in Philadelphia Exposition 1926, "Gold Prize" in Belgium World Expo 1930 and "Gold Prize" in Chicago World Expo 1933. Over the years, many great leaders and celebrities including Jiang Jieshi, Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Jiang Zemin, Zhu Rongji, Hu Jintao and Grantham (Hong Kong Colonial Governer) ever highly praised Tien Chu for its outstanding achievements, remarkable contributions during the world war II and its significant role in the development of Hong Kong industry.
