1. Maximize for reduction of cooking oil consumption.

• Different temperature between upper (cooking zone) and bottom (insulating zone) makes drawn fried leftover in the cooking oil. It can be made long lasting usage of cooking oil with fresh which prevent to burning.

• Note : Cooking zone 180 degree, Insulation zone 40degree

1. Restitution of Heat

• This product has high efficient restitution of heat, because of separated cooking zone and cooling zone. Cooking zone only heated 16 liters of 24 liters (2/3) cooking oil.

• Note : most of other frying machine consume 7Kw with 24 Liter cooking oil, 9KW with 30 liter cooking oil

1. Maintenance & Cleaning.

• This frying machine makes easy cleaning because not occurred burn to surface fried dreg. Fried dregs only drop down pass through cold zone to bottom bowl

• Note : all other machine takes around 40~60min for cleaning. but this takes only 10~20 min.

• You can see the fried dregs through bottom center glass. After fill up bottom plate, you can discharge with bottom handle. And drained oil can be used after manual filtering.
