Product Description

Polyester spiral mesh belt, Spiral Screens and Belts are formed by connecting large numbers of rows of zipper-type spirals with pintle wires to achieve a smooth, seamless filter or conveying surface. Their advantage lies in the lack of a separate seam area, making for smooth running and quick installation. A firm plastic edge coating serves to provide a precise controlling surface to allow for stable running control.
Woven Screens and Belts are produced from various combinations of polyester or polyamide monofilaments. They are made endless in the machine by closure of special woven-in loop or spiral pin seams.
