Quality is life of company. Because of this, we must control each process and part strictly, even if a screw, bearing, material, heat treatment and so on. Meanwhile, we can provide material and inspection report to customers. Before delivery, the machine will be tested and commissioning in our site, to make sure it can enter into production in customers’ factory.

After installation and commissioning, comprehensive technical training will be provided to your operators and maintenance personnel. Customer service specialist will keep a detailed record of customer information and equipment status for the customer, and make periodical update and closed-loop tracking. In case of any question, our maintenance engineer will make response to your telephone consulting around the clock, provide technical solutions patiently and carefully, and give instructions to the operator or maintenance personnel.

 Spare parts

Allsteel has its special spare parts warehouse and can provide the customer with sufficient and necessary consumables and spare parts at any time. According to the equipment situation of the customer and the feedback from our maintenance engineer, we will prepare and store enough spare parts, consumables, and wear parts in advance to shorten machine downtime as much as possible.
