저희 상원기계는 20여년간을 자동차회사와 그 부품회사 및 가전회사 등의 각종 도장설비를 개발, 납품하면서 얻은 환경설비기술과 축적된 경험을 바탕으로 하여 휘발성유기화합물(V OC)과 악취물질을 연소시켜 제거하는 직접연소설비(DTO)와 촉매연소설비(CTO)는 이미 오래전에 개발하여 여러업체에서 사용되고 있습니다.

또한 2002년에는 환경부로부터 “차세대 핵심환경기술개발”연구과제로 선정받아 개발한 수평회전분배식 축열연소탈취장치 (HR-RTO, RCO)는 95% 이상의 높은 에너지 회수효율과 800℃ 이상의 고온으로 유해가스(V OC 및 악취)를 물과 탄산가스로 산화분해시켜 대기중에 방출하는 가장 완벽한 설비로서 산업현장에 아주 적합한 환경설비입니다.

또한 이 기술을 바탕으로하여 2003년에는 저농도의 V OCs를 흡입 농축하여 연소처리하는 기술도 특허 출원하였습니다.

‘The horizontal distributing RTO with the rectangular structure’ was developed to improve and complement drawbacks of the conventional foreign technology-based ‘vertically

rotating & distributing RTO with the cylinder structure’, which is dead space b y the nature of its basic structur e; bulky; high operating cost (including the ener gy/subsidiary fuel and

power); installation space limitation; and dif ficulty with maintenance since the cor e component rotor is vertically placed at the bottom center. The cor e component horizontal rotor was

developed and placed at the bottom of the equipment outside for ea sy assembly, disassembly as well as eas y maintenance. With excellent heat resistance, durability and sealing property

ensured, the semi-permanent service life was ensur ed. Ensuring the no-load baking function, it was possible to cl ean the heat exchanging media, i.e. the r egenerative honeycomb

ceramic materials clogged with for eign substances using hot air for enhanced s ystem reliability.

Moreover, the company is de veloping the high-temperature rotor for the 200-300℃ temper ature range to extend the applicable industries such as the high- temper ature coating industry

which discharges high-temperature exhaust gas. Consequently, the company is able to pr ovide every type of RTO such as the low/high-temper ature type, the cylindrical/rectangular

type, the horizontal/vertical type and the low horiz ontal rectangular type according to various customer requirements.
