Low foam high-temperature levelling agent SY-3 (Concentration-powder)
 

Characteristic: 
Appearance: light yellowish brown powder 
Ionic: Anionic/Non

Solubility: Easily soluble in water
Foam: Low foam under high-temperature 
Appearance after dilution: red-brown liquid

Performance:
1. SY-3 has excellent dyeing obtainment, dye uptake.
2. SY-3 has excellent one-off suspending dyeing for disperse dyes to ensure dyeing evenly.
3. SY-3 has good dispersing migration property.
4. SY-3 has good foam resistance under high temperature

Range of application: 
SY-3 is a levelling agent specifically designed for use in high-temperature and carrier dyeing of polyester, cheese yarn, reeled yarn and mixture fabric.

Usage after dilution: 
Put into fabric→Add levelling agent to immerse fabric completely→Dye
1. Re-modifier Ratio: 1-2g/l Bath ratio: 1:10 
Temperature: 130℃ Time: 30min
2. The levelling agent under high-temperature for polyester and mixture fabric
Ratio: 0.5-1g/l Bath ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 130℃ Time: 30-60min
 

Dilution method: (Note: The color will be dark reddish brown in 24 hours after dilution)
1.Dissolved into 15-25% solution with tap water or warm water under 40℃.at constant temperature 
2.Re-packing with 150 mesh or above after filtration

Packing and storage: 
25kg/bag, seal airtight.
