Nature: Appearance: brown liquid Ionic: anion/nonionic PH value: 7-9 Water solubility: easy solubility in water Frothiness: high temperature and low foam Performance and feature: 1.Using the product you will have a higher amount of color, the degree of dyeing is higher than other dye leveler. 2.There is a strong disposable sorption retarding to the disperse dye. It ensures the dying be very uniform. 3.It has the excellent ability of dispersing and migrating to the disperse dye. 4.It has the ability of restraining foam in high temperature . Range of application: Apply to the level dying of polyester fabric, cheese, skein and its blended fabrics . Method of dilution: As requiring, use normal-temperature tap water or warm water which temperature is under 40 centigrade. The dilution ratio is 1:20. Usage: Sent the cloth into dyeing machine-add the levelling agent to make the cloth fully soaked-start dying Note: The dosage below is diluted into regular products, it isn't concentration products. 1. Normal Polyester fabric or T/C dyeing (5% concentration) Usage: 1g/L Bath ratio: 1:10 Processing temperature: 130℃ Holding time: 30 minutes 2. Polyester yarn or superfine fiber dyeing (10-15% concentration) Usage: 1-2g/L Bath ratio: 1:10 Processing temperature: 130℃ Holding time: 30-60minutes Warning: The product may stimulate your skin, please pay attention. Don not touch it by your skin, mouth and eyes so as to avoid damage. .If you have touch it, please rising it by clean water. |
