| How to use |
Please tear the transparent liner behind the label, and then stick the whole label on a dry flat place. If it is exposed in the temperature that above its activation temperature, chemical things inside will start to melt and flow. Thus color in window will indicate within a controllable data. When temperature drops under its activation temperature, the chemical things stop to run. (Accuracy of warmmak label can be guaranteed within +1°C) |
Working principle
If this label is exposed in the temperature environment that higher than its reactive temperature, chemical things inside of it will turn to red and start to flow along with inside tube. It has 3 round windows, it takes some time when chemical things flow to every window. Thus, time of turning red can be calculated. Chart below will show that. (The time below refers to the time when the labels are exposed in its activation temperature more than 2°C and then all window change color completely)
