The system uses 300-900MHz frequency band, advanced COFDM, QPSK, QAM modulation technology,highly solve the transmission, disturbance and the combination of the image quality , the high
transmission specifically comes to to more than 5KM .

H.264 encoder makes a very fruitful refinement and improvement in the efficiency of encoding, reducing coding delay, algorithm optimization, anti-error rate and further improvement of the image quality ;
