25|32mm/Pilot Compounding System/Twin Screw Extruder
The pilot extruders are developed with experience and know-how of Changsung
P&R obtained through 25 years of its history dedicated to extruders.
The pilot extrusion systems feature highly durable components and a control system for the convenience of pilot testing. The extruders are available in two models of 25 mm and 32 mm, with L/D ratios up to 56/1, and screw speeds up to 1000 rpm at the highest L/D ratio. The capacity of the systems ranges 5~100kg/hr with PP.
