1950 RIFA Industrial Company founded and began production
1957 Began production of direct dyes
1962 Marked Korea's first export of dyestuff to Thailand
1966 Entered into technology partnership with Sumitomo Chemical Co. of Japan
1970 Began production of M-Type reactive dyestuffs
1982 Successfully developed reactive dyestuffs and began production of Vinyl Sulfone Type, Different Bifunctional Groups Type & Triazine Type reactive dyestuffs
1987 Transfered acid/direct dyestuff-related technology to ALVAN SAABET of Iran
1988 Awarded Commendation for US$10 million export on the 25th Trade Day
1991 Began production and sales of disperse dyestuff
Awarded Prize for excellence in industrial package on the 25th Tax Day
1993 Opened a representative office in Tianjin, China
Awarded Presidential Commendation in recognition of scientific technology and development on Science Day
1994 Listed on the Korea Stock Exchange
