All of our ever-extended models are completely made by hand from scratch using “Plank On Frame” construction method with the devotion of many skillful craftsmen. This method is painstaking process, no kits used, in which each individual plank is added to the hull one by one, so that it shall take hundred of man-hours to build one model. The wood type used can be different from model to model but it generally is seasoned-hard wood like Acacia, rubber, jackfruit, cherry, melaleuca and so on.
