Dalipal Pipe Company which was set up in 1998 and restricted from CNPC, is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) in China . Since its establishment, Dalipal has developed from an OCTG processing company of Huabei Oilfield to a well-known enterprise specializing in research,manufacture and service, and gradually establishes a system to provide product design, processing, technology and service for oilfield.

In order to guarantee to provide high-quality products and satisfactory service to our customers, Dalipal has established a full procedure including billet, seamless pipe production, heat-treatment, casing, tubing production and NDT. Dalipal has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001，OHSMS 18001，CNPC HSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS recognition, and API SPEC 5CT、5L, GOST,TS certification.

At present, Dalipal has a complete oil special pipe manufacturing industry chain, covering an area of nearly 2000 acres. The company has annual output of 500,000 tons of billet production line, annual output of 300,000 tons of Accu - Roll seamless pipe production line(Litonglian mill), annual output of 200,000 tons of heat treatment production line, and annual output of 250,000 tons of casing and tubing processing production line. We have built two special railway ends up to the factory yard and just one and half hour to Tianjin Port which makes the delivery faster and convenient.
