Founded in April.1981 to import and market lighting devices, it changed its title to Wonik Commerce in 1984. Wonik was listed in KOSDAQ in July. 1997. It changed its title to Wonik Co.,Ltd. In September, 1998, it acquired Wonik Commerce and bulit a foundation for Wonik Co.,Ltd. In November, 2003, it was divided to Wnik Quartz, which manufactures quartz were for semiconductors, and Wonik, which imports and markets medical instruments and engages in investment and asset managemnet to strengthen the professionalism of each business and enhance management efficiency.
