shoe deodorant sterilization dryer  

Principle and Features: 

Shoe deodorant dryer sterilization at a time various harmful bacteria in

proliferation caused by wearing shoes for a long time.

It takes an effect of sterilization at a time harmful bacteria (dermatophytosis, salmonella, influenza strains)in the shoes wet by sweat. 

It sterilize with hot wind and ozone that penetrate deep into every corner of the shoes in a low temperature heating type (45 ~ 60ºC).

Main feature 

1) sterilizing deodorization method (ozone generation device o3) 

We developed the ozone generator that convert a low electrical current into high voltage current in a moment in the conventional lamp system.

Bad smell does not occur from over generated ozone when opening and closing and eliminated inconvenience of exchanging cycle adopting the method of generating ozone suitable to container capacity,

The life of the ozone generator is semi-permanent.

2) Air purification function 

It discharges sickening odor generated from shoes by way of air circulation

and using a carbon filter, it double filter air and moisture to the effect of not emitting unpleasant smell outside the device at all.

3) Self-purification function 

Photocatalytic filter: removes organic and bacterial contamination

Ozone decomposition catalyst filter: decomposition of ozone and removes smell and harmful gas.

Materials and method of storage  

 Individual shoe chest

Easy to keep individual shoes in a designated shoe chest, 10 persons (combat boots, boots), 16 persons (safety boot, shoes), and 24 persons (shoes, various shoes)

Operatoring Panel 

Manual function, auto function, clock function, setting confirmation, overload detection Ultra-low-type functionality: Self-timer automatically stop it when it reaches the set temperature. It resume operation after 3 minutes or the temperature drop by 5ºC. (About half the power consumption compared to other products)

No mechanical failure

No worry about failure as it has to pass a test several tens of times before

the product is shipped out.
