Detailed Description:

-  Broken bones: under 3%.

-  Moisture content: less than 1%.

-  Drainage: 0 to -5°C for 8 hours.

-  Blasted at: -40°C.

-  Storage at: -18°C

v  Packaging:

20kg and 10kg Cardboard Box After packing in Plastic

Bag or as you require each carton contains 4 x 5kg

v  Production facilities

Reception area, slaughter hall, dressing rooms, chilling and freezing facilities,

Processing rooms, chill, frozen and dry storage rooms, dispatch areas, by-product processing rooms, laundry, ice production rooms, offices, changing rooms and toilets, messing facilities, first aid rooms, crate and vehicle wash areas, effluent treatment, workshop, boiler and refrigeration rooms.

v  Storage, loading and transportation system.

Stored in chill rooms for early dispatch or frozen and stored for dispatch as required

Loading is made in refrigerated pallets, containing in each pallet 1MT/1000kg.

As customer requires,

NB: We only load 18 metric tons in 1 x 20FT and 28 metric tons in 1 x 40 feet.

Transportation of the processed products is conducted in refrigerated containers.

v  Quality inspection: for custom clearance and shipment approval.

The goods, to be conducted are pre – inspected by the Thai SGS department or any of its equivalence in order to obtain, (Quality, quantity, weight and Photo-Sanitary certificates) in one (1) original copy

The above inspection is done at the sellers cost for customer satisfaction.
