Application: Hammer crusher, limestone crusher etc.
Main Materials: High manganese steel, high chromium, titanium alloy.
Our hammer head (super high manganese / tungsten and titanium alloy composite materials) can be used in hard condition of series abrasion. This kind of hammers have a service life 50% longer than those made of common high manganese steel and is safer to use. Crusher hammers aim at the crushing of limestone with abnormal content of SiO2.

Process characteristics:
1. Imbedding tungsten titanium alloy on high manganese steel, it can withstand harsh abrasive wear.
2. Optimal matching chemical composition, adopt rare earth modification, strengthening the matrix with niobium, vanadium and other precious elements.
3. Eliminate casting defects by vacuum casting, directional solidification technique.

1. Series of high manganese steel
They are the wear-resisting materials that are mainly used in metallurgy, mining and crushing equipment, including ordinary high manganese steel, modified high manganese steel, super-high manganese steel, multi-component alloy intensely processed high manganese steel and magnet high aluminum steel lining plates.
2. Series of medium and low alloy steel
These products are mainly used in the lining plates for power plants, coal plants, cement factories and some mining ball mills, characterized with good adaptability, non-deforming, non-breaking and twice the longevity of high manganese steel.
3. Series of high chromium cast iron
These products are mainly used in the crushing equipment for metallurgy, mining and cement sectors, suitable for medium impact casting. With favorable cast performance and sound wear resistance, they are divided into four groups according to the service conditions: Km BCr15, KmTBCr20, Km TBCr26 and compound type.
4. White cast iron
These products are mainly used for producing various types of steel balls for mining ball mill, crushed rate less than 1%, it can meet various series ball mill use.
5. Series of compound wear-resisting products
Hardfacing wear-resisting technique and bimetal compound casting technique are adopted to make high strength wear-resisting products, with the characteristics of being easy to process and strong wear-resisting ability.
