Random Mating Test

Random
Mating is a method of cross-mating patch cords from manufactured batches
without use of Master Patch cord or Adaptor as specified by IEC 61300-3-34. If
the tester chooses 10 samples, sample 1 will be a reference cord instead of
Master Patch Cord. And measure IL of sample 2 to 10. After IL measurement,
change the reference cord to Sample 2 and check the IL value of Sample 1,
Sample 3 ~ 10. Repeat this Insertion Loss test and check all Insertion Loss
value between every connectors.

connector must pass the interferometer specification.
3. Insertion Loss test

Every
connector must pass the Insertion Loss test with 2 wavelength(1310nm, 1550nm)
4. 2 Weeks term Random Mating
Test

Mating Test.
