│ Feature │

'For production of Cheonnyeonsarang Cultured Black Ginseng Powder,
the extract of cultured wild ginseng is dried and then double-boiled for about 6~8 hours under 90~95℃
(Boiling at temperature higher than 100 generates carcinogen benzopyrene).
Using a dryer, the double-boiled extract is dried twice under 90 for more than 12 hours.
Such process is repeated for a total 6 of times including double-boiling and drying twice
for 12~14 hours and the same process for 24~26 hours two more times. Through this process,
black ginseng is produced and at that time, saponin contents, especially Rg3, Rh1, and Rh2,
are maximized. Finally, the dried content is pulverized into powder that is 8 microneters in size
and placed inside a glass bottle.(Patent no. 10-1097664)
