This is wild garlic leaf. this is grown on Ulleung island in Korea.It`s a vegetable marinated in vinegar and soysauce.
For this one,all you have to do is defrost it for one hour and it is ready to eat.It tastes very good when you wrap it around meat.
Salted Myeongyi does not need additional cooking and takes from the refrigerator 1 hour before eating, and cut in the right size and then serve right away.
It has wonderful flavor when you eat with various meats. In addition, it is delicious when you have it as pickled vegetables.
