The hatch covers which be installed in OO Steel Mill, have been opened four times per year in order to clean any scums and impurities accumulated in the tanks and to repair the Magnetic Separator, Edge Heater, or Steam Line during change rolling oil. Loosening/Tightening bolts was a time-consuming job since the 50 bolts were used to fix the hatch cover on the frame. Some problems including wasting time, materials costs and service fees occurred in case of leak. As a result, our new product improved highly has been supplied to ease opening/closing and to enable user to operate the hatch covers within 1 minute.

therefore options including size, type and operation can be adjusted
as per customers' request.
