What is the Alkaline Reduced Water?

There are minerals in the natural world which make contact with water to decompose it and generate hydrogen as well as make it alkaline. They include minerals with more ionizing effects than hydrogen: magnesium(Mg), calcium(Ca), and lithium(Li).

 
Calcium and Lithium have good quality of making water structure close-packed, but could not be used to realistically make alkaline waterbecause they react with water too violently.
