Jinan Trafimet Welding & Cutting Tools Co., Ltd is a joint venture between Jinan North Welding Tools Co., Ltd CEO and Trafimet SPA Italy. Production has always been Trafimet’s “feather in the cap”. Trafimet has continuously developed and updated their plant machinery, aware that a high level production unit will always be the first step in guaranteeing the high quality of its products. Every single procedure of the manufacture, from the automatic welding department of the torch body, to the department of multi mandrills manufacturing copper and brass workpieces, and finally to the torch assembly line, has been radically changed and today every step is placed in a definitely company layout which optimize costs, while reducing to minimum down-time. Trafimet takes care of the environmental issues as well, and for this reason the workpiece washing unit and the salvaging systems of working oils have a closed circuit recovery process which reduces to the minimum impact on the environment. The activities carried our in these laborities can be divided into three categories: test, research and analysis of competitors. Trafimet guarantees the quality of all the production cycle according to the certificate ISO 9001 gained in 2000. The main activities of the laboratory are carried out using the most updated instruments available on the market and are developed as follows: Control of internal manufacture material and external supply material, constant monitoring of the material from external suppliers, statistical management of rejection and process controls. Long years’ research supported by Trafimet has brought our products to the highest quality levels and ensured our products by over 20 international patents. Trafimet Group already extended several branches and partners all over the world. We supply plasma cutting torches, mig welding torches, tig welding torches, including all consumables, quick connector, panel socket and plug, ect. Jinan Trafimet imports all components originally from Italy Trafimet SPA and only assembly here in Jinan workshop.
