Double-screw food extruder consists mainly of feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, lubricating system
Double-screw food extruder consists mainly of feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, lubricating system, control system and cooling system.
Applicable to puffed food, breakfast cereals, pet food, protein, starch, etc.
It adopts speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food-grade stainless steel biaxial feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
The screw is with high alloy (38CrMoAL) by Nitriding process, high strength and wear-resisting. And it has good self-cleaning ability and doesnt need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when restarting or replacement of materials.
The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, which extends gear life. Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, it ensures extruder safe operation.
