Blown-fiber blanket, made of common, high pure, high aluminium and zirconium alumina silicate fiber bulk produced by blowing fiber forming technology, has undergone several processes including needling, thermal forming, vertical and transverse slitting and rolling. In addition to the same excellent performance of corresponding bulk aluminum silicate fiber bulk, various kinds of needled blankets have solid tensile strength.
Needled blankets have even texture and smooth surface. Needled blankets with different volume-weight and thickness have offered customers a wide range of material choices for the best heat insulation structure and energy saving efficiency. Needled fiber blankets have even diameters, long fiber and low ball sediment, which comprehensively improves the inter-weaving degree, delamination resistance, performance, wind erosion resistance, flexibility and tensile strength of fiber. Therefore, the application property of needled blankets is improved and material loss is cut down.
The common ones are made of hard chamotte clay, which are melt down in resistance furnaces and processed by blowing or needled technology.
The high pure and high aluminium ones are made of composite materials of pure alumina and silica powder, which are melt down in resistance furnaces and processed by blowing or needled technology.
Zirconium ones are made of composite materials of high pure alumina, silica powder and zirconic sands, which are melt down in resistance furnaces and processed by blowing or needled technology.
