Jiaonan Haili Valve Casting Co., Ltd., located in the city of Qingdao, is one of the largest manufacturers of high-quality HSCI anodes in China.
All conventional impressed current anodes are consumed with time. With tubular cast iron anodes, however, effective protection is provided at a low and very uniform consumption rate.
The anodes are made using the high silicon iron alloy to ASTM A 518M-99. Their tubular design provides greater surface area over solid cast iron anodes of identical weight. This in turn lowers anode-to-earth resistance, decreases the current density on the surface of the anode, and permits any generated gases to be distributed over a larger area. The tubular design also means the wire connection can be made in the center of the anode, thus eliminating the problem of end-effect consumption.
Our tubular anodes conform to ASTM A 518M-99 Grade 3 with the following chemical composition,

Jiaonan Haili Valve Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Jiaonan City with beautiful landscape of seashore of Qingdao. The transportation is convenient, since we are 40 kilometers away from Qingdao Qianwan Harbor and close to Tongsan Highway and No. 204 National Road.
High Silicon Cast Iron (HSCI) Anodes are our self-developed products which conform to ASTM A518/A518M-86 ever since 1999. Our HSCI Anode products include Solid Rod Stick Anode, Hollow Tubular Anode and Board Anode, totally over 50 assortments. We have Sand Casting production line and Chill Casting production line with separated workshops. Chill Casting is the dominant method for anode products, featuring better quality and corrosion-resistance. We also produce anodes with mass production by Sand Casting. There are 4 medium frequency furnaces, a metal preheating furnace, an annealing and heat-preserving furnace and several electric heating shell-making and core-making machines. Two centrifugal anode tube-forming machines are commissioned and adjusted for future use in production line. The figure of all anode products per month exceeds 100 tons.
Our quality testing equipments include those of chemical analysis, spectral analysis, physical test, resistance test, etc. to ensure products quality and customers’ satisfaction. Since 2005, our company has passed the standard attestation of ISO 9001 International Quality System.
