Full Size Anti-wear Sucker Rod Couplings

It is a new developed tool to prevent eccentric wear. Simple structure, convenient operation, long service life and low cost. It applied to eccentric wear oil pump, especially the oil pump and directional deflecting well in which the eccentric wear is above the neutral point. If the eccentric wear is below the neutral point, it can be used together with the nylon centralizer to get a better eccentric wear prevention result.

1. Work Principle

The core technology is to coat AOC-160 alloy powder on the surface of sucker rod coupling. The coating which is thicker than 0.25mm is wear resistant, corrosion resistant and low friction. Wear resistance is 10 times of normal coupling and it reduces 3 times of abrasion.

2. Product characteristics

1) Excellent self protective effect

AOC coating makes sure the coupling keep good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance during the complicated working condition. The element, structure and hardness of coating have a quiet differ from oil tube. So it prevent or put off the initial adhesive wear happened. The high hardness of coating enhances the anti-wear ability of coupling.

2) Good tube protection

AOC-106 coating has the special anti-wear element. During the friction process of coating and tube, the coating work as flake transfer to the tube surface equality and attached to the tube surface, and then form into solid lubrication to protect or slow down the grind of tube surface. At the same time, reduce the friction coefficient between coupling and tube.

3. Product line

According to the site actual requirement of oil well, it has 3/4",7/8",1"standard. Can be coating and manufacturing all kinds of reducing coupling according to the request.
