○ Water Purifier Module Potting Machine (Mass Production)
MODULE POTTING MACHINE was designed and manufactured that was available to mass production as urethane was potting to sorts of water purifier filter continuously.
It was index Type and consisted of 12 revolving plates, 12 filters could be inserted in each 12 revolving plate.
Accurate position was controlled by Index as a precision servo-motor, decelerate, planet gear. Main parts were index part, Revolving plate conveyer, Revolving part, Drying part, Slio-ring part, Transferring part, Electric and Operating part.
