Injection Pump (DHP-M1000)

DHP-M1000 automatic injector is a single type high pressure injector designed to apply urethane resin and epoxy injection material to the crack part. As this electronic injector is easy to handle, easy to change consumables, and compact, while providing high discharging pressure, it is widely used in concrete repairing and reinforcing works.

l Purpose l

• Injection of polyurethane foaming water stop-up into cracks or leaking areas.
• Injection of epoxy resin into cracks or metal sheet reinforced area.
• Filling of epoxy resin inside the reinjector cylinder.
• Injestion of epoxy resin into separated plastering area.
• Injection into large area with one nozzle.
• Injection pressure or speed can be controlled.
• Injection into a very small separation area, area not adhered to main material or area where peeling is about to occur

l How to use l

• Cut off the bottom of 1.5ℓ PET bottle, and fix the bottle upside down on the rubber O-ring.
• Connect the power to 220V / 1p, and push the power button.
• Before injecting material to the crack, make sure that cleaning oil or thinner is completely removed.
• If the high-pressure hose swells during injection, stop injecting temporarily. If the hose Is swollen at the finish of injection, wrap the inlet part with cloth, take out the bottle, and fix the bottle to other inlet.
• After applying single component urethane resin, avoid cleaning if possible, and fill the PET bottle with the agent by 2/3 to block the air path. (Make sure to select correct cleaning oil, urethane thinner or epoxy thinner in accordance with the material used. )
