KYB MINI BUFFER IS DEVELOPED AND MANUFACTURED AS INDUSTRIAL SHOCK ABSORBER BY KAYABA WELL KNOWN COMPANY WITH THEIR HIGH QUALITY HYDRAULIC MACHINERY WITH LONG TIME EXPERIENCED TECHNIC.

■ SMOOTH STOP

KYB mini buffers being of Kayaba's own porous type orifice construction (KBM, KBMA, KBMD and KBA series) and of tapered groove orifice construction (KBMT series), ideal energy absorption is made possible, and a smooth stop is brought about.

    · Very resistant to high-speed impact : Even against high-speed impact of injection molding takeout robots, etc. our product can stop an object slowly but surely.

    · Against low-speed, large mass impact : By the use of our product of low-speed series an object can be stopped surely and smoothly.

■ STOPPER NOT NEEDED

Since oil lock mechanism is applied is our product, no bottoming is caused, and our KYB mini buffer as it is can be used as a stopper. This dispenses with a stopper.

■ USING 2 PIECES OR MORE IN PARALLEL IS POSSIBLE

As dispersion in performance is slight, it is possible to use 2 pieces or more in parallel.

■ ADJUSTMENT NOT NEEDED

Because of the Mini buffer being of Kayaba's own porous orifice type, it can be used within the scope of its specifications without any adjustment made.

■ WITH SOUNDPROOF CAP

Impact sound at time of high-speed operation can be softly removed by a soundproof cap mounted on the mini buffer.

■ INSTALLING AT 360˚

The mini buffer can be installed freely at 360˚
