1 Use your fingers smoothly but away from your nipples on your breast and your fingers must be traveling from the nipples and directly away using no any extra pressure. To get the most effectiveness, keep this massage slow. 
2 Carry on massage of breast with kneading like motion and use pressing and lifting movements.
3 After that you need to twist your breast as clock and anti-clockwise direction with slowly and carefully by your hands. Remember not to give too much tension to your breast.
4 Repeat this procedure and do this at least two times in a week.
