Structure and Characteristics

- This is the structure of horizontal centrifugal volute pump that the maintenance is easily done.
- The disassembly of part is easy with the consistent disassembly method of general centrifugal pump.
- The bearing housing is secured to have longer pump life.
- By selecting the fine structure and materials with anti-thermal features, the temperature may be used in up to 350°C.
- This is the sealing method of natural air cooling type.
- The temperature is declined by the built-in M/SEAL that there is no burden on the functions of bearing and M/SEAL.
- The balance type of M/SEAL is loaded to place the stuffing box on the front of the M/SEAL and it prevents the leakages with the functions of stuffing box in times of breakdown of the M/SEAL.
- The weight of axis direction is reduced by the impeller balance hole, and the axis has two bearings loaded. One of the metal bearings is installed on the pump side and the other bearing on the motor side.
