Buja purple sweet potato rice wine is made of 100% Gyeonggi-do rice and purple sweet potato from Yeoju. It has excellent antioxidant effect, contains great amount of anthocyanin and dietaryfiber. It is also known to have antioxidant effect to remove active oxygen, which causes aging and adult diseases; antimutagen effect to inhibit carcinogen; and inhibiting effect on high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis and myocardial infarction.
Buja purple sweet potato rice wine has a mild sweet potato flavor and is a soft, well-rounded makgeolli.
