4-Wheel Wheelchair Mambo-318 Using Freelz-VR2 Control System

Freelz can be equipped to most of power wheelchairs in the market. Freelz-318 is using Mambo-318 power wheelchair and Freelz-VR2 control system. Freelz-318 has following features ;

  • Basic movement control by teeth-clenching :
    Left-teeth, right-teeth, both-teeth (Joystick control is possible)
  • Possible driving mode
    Turning left / right.
    Going forward (9 directions) and going backward (3 directions)
    Adjustment of moving direction, rotation
  • Control when it is stopped
    Left-teeth clenching : Left-turn slowly
    Right-teeth clenching : Right-turn slowly
    Both-teeth clenching twice : Switch from moving forward mode
    to backward mode, backward mode to forward mode
    Both-teeth clenching long (more than 2 seconds) :
    Moving forward from forward mode or
    moving backward from backward mode
  • Control when it is moving forward
    Left-teeth clenching shortly : Left-turn slowly
    Right-teeth clenching shortly : Right-turn slowly
    Left-teeth clenching long (more than 2 sec.) : Quick left-turn
    Right-teeth clenching long (more than 2 sec.) : Quick right-turn
    Both-teeth clenching : Stop
  • Safety stop : Pressing red button by head deactivates all
    movements. Can be reset after pressing the button again.
    Ultra-sonic sensor module : It detects obstacles within 1.8m range.
    When obstacle is detected, it reduce the speed to the lowest with
    beeping sound. If the obstacle is very close, it stops going-
    forward action, and user can make only turning left and right.
  • Max. speed : 6.4 km / Hour
  • Cruising range : 24~32 km
