As shown in the above picture, lift up the lower seal plate to be fastened in the fixed handle and get the whole aluminum alloy plate sealed, and then add water in the ice can to the standard water lever. After that, start the refrigeration system, and the refrigerant will have a water-heat exchange in the ice cans through refrigerant runner to lower the water temperature and in a certain time, all the water in the ice ca will turn block ice. When ice making is finished, open the lower seal plate manually and refrigeration system will change into deice mode automatically in which HPHT hot refrigerant air will release heat in the refrigerant runner that will melt the surface of block ice in the ice cans and the rest of block ice will fall down on the ice filling plate because of gravity. The guardrail should not be pulled open until all block ice falls off and then move out the ice, close the seal plate and continue making ice circularly.
