Product Information
An apparatus that tests the hot-rolling continuous casting slab and the surface of a plate.
The system, which is being produced from steel company through On-line, detects the surface flaw of the heated slab and the plate mill.
We need to acquire continuously 2 or more images of the surface of the workpiece using camera and specially installed lighting system once its surface temperature reaches below 1200 °C. Using the obtained images, we can detect the types of surface flaw such as fin oscillation mark, edge crack, longitudinal crack etc. It is a testing apparatus that sends the detected information to the operator in real time
