Inspective device of non-metallic inclusions of internal and surface of cold-rolled steel sheet
The following device detects the size, location, shape, distribution, status etc. of unwanted inclusions and defections on materials of steel production such as cold-rolled steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet by generating magnetic field and sensing the distorted magnetic field using a magnetic sensor.
The device not only detects but also saves and analysis the information of defects extracted from the products that are currently being produced from one-line. Then, the device provides the analyzed data and images to operator in real time.
