MarkAny proudly presents MDM, solution for document security that is equipped with DRM technology as to be able to open different types of documents without viewers.

Forgery and falsification have always been a problem while document protection has been a major concern for centuries since the start of documentation until the Green IT era. Technological development has digitalized documents and thus the importance of document security has dramatically increased.

With the introduction of electronic digital documents, forgery and falsification of documents have increased. Misuse and illegal use of information have naturally increased.

Our document security solution MDM is equipped with core DRM technology in preventing forgery and falsification of digital documents. Not only will it preserve the contents of the original copy, it also guarantees safe distribution of digital documents.
MarkAny's MDM creates unified documents under identical format through various applications. Furthermore, security settings of each document may be set-up to secure documents during its distribution process.

MDM is equipped with a self security viewer to regulate and control authority for easier use of users. This minimizes the time spent by maintenance personnel as to increase work efficiency.

The first key feature of MDM, solution to document security, is its function of converting different types of documents into a single uniform, secured document format.
Second, the uniform format has viewers installed as to be able to view documents at anytime, anywhere. Furthermore, authority information packed in each document enables the set-up of different authority levels for different documents.

Third, various menu functions of the viewer may be controlled according to different authority level in preventing forgery and falsification of documents. Furthermore, Visible / Invisible Watermark and 2D bar-codes may be attached to the document for protection from forgery and falsification when printing of the document is necessary.
